Inchie Winchie

You are probably wondering what these inchies are all about. Well, basically they are little cutout squares in the size of 1 inch X 1 inch. Thats where the "inchie" word derive from. :)

Believe me, when I first discovered it, I was just as curious as you are. And when I discover the vast possibilities I can do with it..I was hooked! It's true! Making inchies can be very, very addictive. It got me hooked but I loveee the results that came from it!

All you need is cool collages (you can source for them on the net) or even buy them cheap online. Its versatile... you can make them enyhow you wish. There's no hard and fast rules on them!

So to show you, here are some of what I did.

WAW Challenge #76

As always, I just enjoy trying out new ideas and experimenting on them. For this week's challenge, I wanted to do something thats MIXED MEDIA sort of stuff.

I have loads of these Giant puzzle pieces lying around the house and have been wanting to do something good with them. So here's what I did.

WAW Challenge #74

This week's challenge verse at WAW is taken from Psalm 91.

I find comfort in this verse. Its an affirmation of knowing how the Lord protects and watch over us in our time of need.

And here is what I did. This will be compiled into a mini album and by the end of the year, I plan to give this to a special friend to encourage her :)

Ombre Challenge in the Moxie Fab World

Ombre
n. A French term meaning "shaded." Usually a multicolored stripe, with colors graduating from light to dark. The color effect is woven into the fabric. Generally produced by arranging different tones in the warp.

This month's challenge at Moxie Fab World, we were asked to create a paper crafted card that incorporates an ombre effect in an innovative way.

I love Ombre. Its like the current trend thats going on now. :) So, without much ado, here's my creation. Its a 3D Card.

Moxie Fab TUESDAY TRIGGER - Elegant Emerald

I lovee this colour. This is my first try at Tuesday Trigger. I tried to make my card as close to the model here. The reason why I did not put any word on is because, I wanted it to be a card thats flexible.

It can be made into a Mother's day card, a Birthday card, an I LOVE YOU card or anything. It felt so versertile thats why I wanted to leave the word out.

So here's my try at it!

Camera Craze Challenge in the Moxie Fab World

"Click"... Don't you just love the sound of a camera? well, I do. When I saw that Moxie Fab was hosting a Camera Craze Challenge, you bet I went crazy! Lol.

I love cameras. I am praying and hoping that someday, I will be able to buy myself a good DSLR camera...love clicking away! :)

So, for my Moxie Fab challenge, I wanted to make a mini album thats add a feminine touch. Its a simple album but I love it!

WAW challenge #68

Gosh! It's been really hard to get back into the momentum of making stuffs. Not especially if you have not been all that well and for some time....

I had to push myself and get myself going.

My dear friend's birthday would be coming soon. So, I thought I made her this small lil gift. Its a post-it pad but in the shape of a purse. I found the idea from Pinterest.

Bravegirls Club Truth Card Exchange

The Brave Girl Truth Card Exchange heals survivors of human trafficking in little and big ways from the powerful little truths on each card

As I  have mentioned earlier, this would be one of the ways I am able to use my creativity to reach out to others in every little way possible. All in all, I have made 20 cards so far. Hoping to be able to make more later.

Making A Change Now...

The beginning of this year has been a fruitful and amazing one so far. I am just so amaze by God's providence for me and my family.

So, as I have shared with my hubby, I would like to dedicate this year to focusing more on doing things that honours the Lord. By using what God have blessed me with (my creativity) and sharing it with others.

WAW Challenge #65

For this week's challenge at WAW #65 I thought of doing a poster. Its a very simple poster. A4 in size. What I enjoyed most is the doodling part :).

I love doodling. And if you noticed, the whole poster is actually a PUZZLE or rather, a MAZE. I doodled the areas to cover them up so the Bible Verse could be seen. Not sure if it's clear enough for everyone to see it.

I didn't use the whole Bible passage but rather the first 2 lines.
